Included with this set is the Stagg XF Dripper and the 20oz double-wall insulated handblown borosilicate glass carafe. Plus, it includes a silicone lid to keep your coffee hot longer and 30 filters.

- Fill your kettle with at least 0.5 liters of water and heat to ≈ 207°F
- Weigh 20 grams of coffee and grind at a medium setting
- Position the brewer, filter, and carafe on the scale
- Gently add around 30 grams of water to pre-wet the filter and discard
- Add your ground coffee to the brewer, shake to level, and zero out the scale
- For the first pour (aka “The Bloom”), start the timer, and pour 60 grams of water over the coffee; begin in the middle, and pour outward in concentric circles.
- At 0:40, pour slowly in concentric circles until the scale another 100 grams of water.
- At 1:20, pour slowly in concentric circles until the scale reads 350 grams.
- Allow remaining liquid to pass through the brewer.
- Gently lift the brewer and serve.
