The name of the coffee, grown by the Batista family, reflects Alexis Batista's lifelong passion for cycling. A smooth cup with notes of apple, melon, and hazelnuts, reflecting the varietals of Catuai, Catarru, Typica and Gesha found in this lot. The coffee is washed and sun-dried before being bagged up and making it's way to the States, where it is hand delivered to us by Alexis himself.
