This coffee is sourced from more than 850 farmers living in Wenago, near the Yirgacheffe District of the Gedeo Zone in southern Ethiopia. Farmers deliver their ripe cherries to the Wenago coffee mill where they are carefully sorted and placed in thin layers on raised drying beds. Floral aroma with notes of strawberry, apricot and plum.
