This dry processed (natural) coffee comes to us from producer Danilo Salazar Arias, owner of Finca San Cristobal del Llano. This coffee was sourced by Tony, our Head Roaster, on a trip to Costa Rica earlier this year. While visiting, he also purchased a delicious honey processed coffee from the farm (see "Microlot"). Expect a lot of fruit from this outstanding coffee. We taste mango sweetness, creamy papaya and a soft, sangria-like body.
