Back this spring, our Head Roaster, Tony Greatorex, spent time in Costa Rica's famed coffee growing regions, cupping and evaluating freshly harvested microlot crops. This honey processed coffee from Finca San Cristobal del Llano, is one that really stood out. We ended up purchasing two coffees from the farm, including an outstanding natural processed coffee, which is also available (see "Microlot"). Expect a delicate flavor with fruity notes of cherry and sweet red grape.
